2. Our own delivery service using employees and/or contractors.

3. Click and collect by customer.

   In every case we will clearly communicate the cost of the delivery prior to

   purchase so as to avoid any necessary disappointment i.e.:

   • Shipping is included

   • Shipping requires a special quotation.

Briquette refund & returns policy

• Once the box, pallet or packaging has been opened or is damaged, compromised or wet, we will not accept any returns for refund.

• Should the quantity delivered or received be less than ordered, we will ship the difference in question to you within 2 working days to ensure you have a full order.

• Should the quantity delivered or received be more than ordered, we ask that you inform us but wish you a pleasant evening in front of your fireplace or BBQ and that you raise a glass to the success of this amazing business that is trying to make a difference on so many levels; environmental, social empowerment and sustainable fuel source.
