Shipping process, refunds & returns

Briquette shipping options

We structure our logistics into two distinct delivery streams based on product type and geographical region:

  • Local Fleet Delivery (120L Wheelie Bins & Refill Swaps): Handled exclusively via our proprietary delivery fleet. This service is strictly restricted to the Greater Auckland Region (see Section 5.1).

  • Nationwide Delivery (Hot Log Boxes & Heavy-Duty Bags): Shipped across New Zealand using premium third-party pallet carriers, 3PL networks, or mainstream freight companies.

  • Click and Collect: Available by customer arrangement at designated local stockist hubs only.

Important Notice on Freight Billing for Nationwide Orders:

Shipping costs for all orders destined outside the Greater Auckland Region are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. All applicable freight charges are collected at the time of purchase. No separate freight invoice will be issued. Orders are dispatched once full payment including freight is confirmed.

Briquette refund & returns policy

  • Once the box, pallet or packaging has been opened or is damaged, compromised or wet, we will not accept any returns for refund.

  • Should the quantity delivered or received be less than ordered, we will ship the difference in question to you within 2 working days to ensure you have a full order.

  • Should the quantity delivered or received be more than ordered, please notify us within two (2) working days so we can adjust our inventory records or arrange a recovery collection.
