Our briquettes are made from 100% recycled, untreated NZ timber sawdust and shavings. We compress them under extreme industrial pressure without any glues, binders, or chemical additives. The natural lignin in the wood binds them together, creating a high-density fuel that outlasts and out-heats traditional firewood logs.

Yes! Briquettes are engineered and proven to work across all major traditional fireplaces and modern enclosed wood burners (including Metro, Masport, Kent, and fireboxes). They are also completely food-grade and chemical-free, making them safe and highly efficient for pizza ovens, BBQs, braais, and smokers.

Tests show our briquettes burn on average 62°C hotter than traditional seasoned firewood. Because traditional logs retain high moisture levels, a lot of their energy is wasted boiling off water as steam. The Hot Log Boxes: Our handy 10-log boxes are available for NZ-wide delivery. They are packed tight and shipped right to your door, perfect for home chefs, pizza ovens, or weekend fire pits across the country.

First-time order ($200): Includes your first fill (+/- 80kg), a clean 120L wheelie bin, and a fully refundable $75 bin bond.
The Refill Swap ($125 + delivery): When low, order a refill online. Leave your empty bin out, and we swap it for a fresh, full one. No stacking, no mess.

If you ever decide to stop using our service, simply let us know. We will arrange a time to collect our 120L wheelie bin, and as long as the bin is in reusable condition, your $75 bond will be refunded directly back to your payment card.
